ClearSky Signs Multi-Year Agreement with GCI for Hosted WAP, MMS, Content and More

Alaska's largest telecommunications company will offer ClearSky's comprehensive mobile data services to subscribers on its GSM and CDMA networks.

(GCI) to deploy its full suite of wireless content and data services. The terms of this multi-year agreement call for GCI to share certain infrastructure components that ClearSky is currently providing for AKD's CDMA network operation, while other components and services will be designed specifically for GCI's GSM network. The comprehensive end-to-end solution will include hosted WAP and MMS-C service, along with ProPortal™ ProVantage™, ProVision™, ProConfig™, RevShare and ProTrends BI™ integrated support systems.
