Outlook Express and Windows Mail Customization Becomes Possible with a New Visual Development Toolkit

A new visual toolkit has appeared on the development components market that offers Outlook Express developers a true RAD way to build Outlook Express and Windows Mail extensions of any scale in all main programming languages of the Microsoft .NET platform.

(PRWEB) January 24, 2008 -- Add-in Express Ltd, the world's first independent provider of tools and solutions for Microsoft Office customization announces the release of the first feature-rich developer toolkit for enhancing Outlook Express.

This newly released component set, named Add-in Express for Outlook Express, integrates Add-in Express' long-lasting experience in Microsoft Office programming and delivers a complete solution for advanced customization of the Outlook Express user interface.

In fact, Add-in Express is the first toolkit on the development components market that empowers Outlook Express developers to build Outlook Express and Windows Mail extensions of any scale in all main programming languages available on the Microsoft .NET platform. It supports Outlook Express 6 on Windows 98 - 2002 as well as Windows Mail on Vista.

The distinguishing features of Add-in Express that make the difference are visual designers for customizing Outlook Express menus and toolbars; a unified Outlook and Outlook Express extensibility model as well as Unified Outlook Express Objects; a number of ready-to-use, configurable custom actions that produce easy-to-deploy add-ins; and a dedicated loader that isolates each add-in into its own AppDomain and makes add-ins secure and managed. In addition, by employing the Advanced View and Form Regions technology Add-in Express allows embedding custom forms into the main Outlook Express window and any e-mail windows. All this makes Add-in Express a priceless assistant for Outlook Express developers that can help them meet the most demanding challenges of their users.

Eugene Starostin, CEO of Add-in Express Ltd., says: "We are happy to deliver this easy-to-use, RAD tool for developing Outlook Express plug-ins that our customers have been asking for a long time. We hope this long-awaited tool for Outlook Express and Windows Mail customization will significantly extend our customers' perspectives and increase their end-user offerings".
