The sale was made to Cole Capital Partners, LLC on behalf of The Hampshire Generational Fund, one of the firm's private equity real estate investment funds tailored to high net worth investors.
Situated on 2.5 acres, this free standing single-tenant retail building is currently leased to Staples, a leading office products company.
