At least 7 properties are to be sold ABSOLUTE to the last and highest bidder. "No minimum opening bid amounts have been set for the remaining properties, auction bidders may open bidding at any amount they see fit," commented Haney.
HAI clarified that no currently open locations are included in this auction process.
The auction inventory consists of 15 retail outparcels/development tracts and 12 retail buildings. Properties included in the auction are all closed store locations, outlots and parcels.
